Who we are
We are a foster/volunteer/ solution based rescue in the napa valley helping keep pets and families together through resources, education and support. We work with our community to help fund spay and neuter surgeries and TNR (Trap Neuter Release) for our feral cat colonies. We support our local shelter by pulling animals that are old or injured and give them a chance to heal or live out their lives in their foster home or be adopted once they have healed.
Last year we fixed over 100 feral cats, helped our unhoused population with their pets, and provided care for low income seniors' pets. Our co founder provides one on one care for these animals and their people. Our boots on the ground approach sets us apart. We helped over 100 people get their dogs and cats spayed and neutered when they could not afford the cost last year, decreasing unwanted litters. We pulled hospice dogs and major medical cases from our local shelter to make sure they get the best care and love in their final days. We work with other Non Profits like Napa Humane to decrease unwanted litters, WCAL helping with medical pulls from the shelter and Friends of the animal shelter to offer free microchip clinics.
This year we are nearing 250 feral cats fixed and some have been re located to barns and wineries.
